I bring over 30 years of experience in leadership development across the globe, working with both large and small companies. My passion for leadership development stems from my belief that good leaders can profoundly impact many lives. As I continue my journey, my priorities have evolved. While I still enjoy traveling to execute face-to-face training and workshops, I want to focus a bit more on online work to inspire and support leaders worldwide. Earning a good income remains important, but less than my passion to build online communities where I can support leaders for as long as it enjoyable, inspiring, and helpful.
