So what is this course about?

Spend time with Carlos and learn key leadership skills

Carlos is a very open and reflective guy.  He shows you all kind of talks and meetings in which he tries to engage and develop people but is making mistakes. He takes lessons from it, asks for your input and then he shows a new version of the talk or meeting.

This course is a series of animates short videos in which Carlos starts and shapes a new leadership role building a high performing team. The team leads SMART-bar (a candy bar) company in a non specified country on a non-specified continent. The short videos will show all kind of meetings and talks in which Carlos will:

  • Set direction for the team and the company
  • Engage his team and employees to create ownership for this direction
  • Manage other stakeholders
  • Coach and develop his team members as individuals and as a team
  • Have difficult conversations when needed


So basically, the focus will be on how to define and set an ambition and all the necessary people skills to make it happen.
